Madonna now rumored to be separated from Guy Ritchie, kept the crowds waiting at the Jean Paul Gaultier show during Haute Couture Week for over an hour.

Contrary to being upset Gaultier, as well as the crowd, seemed to be delighted. Clad head-to-toe in black and wearing a pencil skirt rumored to by Versace she seemed to be mesmerized by Gaultier's Greek Isles theme.

At the end of the show she joined the designer on stage who got a kick out of dumping a basket of flowers over her head.

It seems very little was learned from the unfortunate death of Princess Diana as she was chased thorough the streets of Paris in a high velocity free for all by a ruthless mob of tabloid photographers.

Paparazzi pursued a Mercedes with Supermodel Kate Moss inside across the French capital at speeds that reportedly reached 150 MPH. Some 15 photographers on motorbikes were involved. Moss's driver eventually ducked into a police station near the Champs-Elysees. The police stopped traffic while Moss went on her way.

The Red Dress Collection returns to the Tents for a 4th year during New York Fashion Week which kicks off on February 3, 2006. The Heart Truth project is a theatrical production that combines fashion, music and an ensemble of red dresses designed to raise awareness about women's risk for heart disease.

Celebrities expected to participate are  Amerie, Bebe Neuwirth, CeCe Winans, Christina Milian, Deborah Harry, Eartha Kitt, Emmylou Harris, Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, JoJo, Jossie Perez, LeAnn Rimes, Lee Ann Womack, Michelle Phillips, Nelly Furtado, Sheryl Crow, Shirley Manson, Thalía, and Yolanda Adams.

They will be wearing Red Dresses created by the following top designers: Betsey Johnson, Calvin Klein, Carmen Marc Valvo, Daniel Swarovski, Diane von Furstenberg, Donna Karan, Esteban Cortazar, Kenneth Cole, Luca Luca, Max Azria, Atelier, Michael Kors, Narciso Rodriguez, Nicole Miller, Oscar de la Renta, Ralph Lauren, Richard Tyler, Sean by Sean Combs, Tommy Hilfiger, Tracy Reese, Vera Wang, Zac Posen.

The boardroom drama that has been so much a part of the corporate history of Jimmy Choo recently managed to take another intriguing twist. Tamara Mellon, the woman largely responsible for creating the Jimmy Choo brand when she discovered Choo's little shop in London's east and bought a 50% stake in the company, often claimed to be the creative force behind Choo's super sexy high heel kickers.

But the real designer was always thought to be Choo's niece Sandra Choi whose contract expired at the of 2005. Now Choi is demanding fair compensation to continue with the company and feels that she has been seriously underpaid for years. Negotiations don't seem to be going very smoothly and Choi has asked her lawyer to step in and negotiate on her behave. Founder Jimmy Choo has no involvement in the company and sold his remaining interest to an outside investor several years ago.

Women are one of the Super Bowl's most valued audiences. Forty percent of viewers are expected to be female.

However they represent a disproportionate influence representing 85% of household buying decisions. Savvy marketers are focusing more and more on the all important female audience. Perhaps there will come a day when cosmetic companies my start to advertise on sporting channels to specifically target women.

Savanna Johnson was arrested and charged with setting a series of fires in several Harlem clothing stores as a smoke screen while she allegedly made off with stolen goods. Johnson was caught on video tape at the H&M store on West 125th Street in Harlem shoplifting cloths and then pulling out a lighter to start a fire before successfully evading store security and escaping in the commotion.

She was arrested several weeks later when she returned to the same H&M location and was recognized by staff. Johnson is also charged with a similar theft and arson at an Old Navy store on West 125th Street. According to Fire Department sources Johnson has 59 previous nationwide arrests on her record which include shoplifting, drug possession, petit larceny, prostitution and burglary.

A multimillion-dollar Federal lawsuit accuses Jessica Simpson and cosmetics giants Sephora and D'Lish Fragrance of trademark infringement for launching their Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable in 2004.

Mara Fox who started her Love Potion Line in 1989 says that Simpson's products are a rip-off of her own.
