			As if it comes as a big surprise to anyone some of France’s biggest perfume makers have been gouging consumers for years. A lengthy three year investigation conducted by France’s Competition Court concluded that some of the country’s biggest fragrance producers including Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior and Guerlain are guilty of price fixing. In a 133-page report the Council stated that the perfume mafia used threats of commercial reprisals to coerce distributors to go along with their illegal scheme. Although the inquiry only looked at wrong doings in France it is believed that the same practices are standard all over the world.

	Tamar Goregian lasted all of 4 days as Miss Iraq before resigning and fleeing the country after death threats from religious extremists who called her, "The Queen of Infidels". The 2nd and 3rd place runners up also withdrew from the pageant. Finally Miss Teen Iraq Silva Shahakian, a Christian, accepted the title. This was the first time since the fall of Saddam Hussein that the pageant was held inside the country.

			Heather Mills, wife of Sir Paul McCartney, wants to return to the catwalk. The 37-year-old was at the height of her modeling career in 1993 when she was struck by a car and had her leg amputated from her knee down. She has since gone on to be an advocate for a number of causes and was nominated for the Noble Prize for her work to ban landmines. Mills has signed with the Zone agency. A company spokesperson said that; "She is likely to continue to make an impact on the fashion and beauty scene."

	A former aid to Naomi Campbell and an acquaintance of Kate Moss is prepared to squeal to British Police and tell them everything she knows about Moss’s drug use. Rebecca White told the Daily Mirror; “I don’t think I have ever seen her when she wasn’t high. Every time I saw her she was snorting cocaine or taking ecstasy tablets and drinking vodka and champagne.” White insisted that the Police intend to formally charge Moss in connection with tabloid photos showing her using cocaine. She also alleges that Moss attempted to have sex with her?

	Austrians will soon have the chance to lick Naomi Campbell’s backside when she appears on a special Austrian postage stamp created to raise funds for Elton John's Aids charities. The supermodel will host the Life Ball at Vienna's City Hall and will wear designs by Vivienne Westwood and John Galliano. The event takes place on May 20.

			It appears that Leonardo DiCaprio is getting serious about Israeli Victoria’s Secret model Bar Refaeli. 31-year-old DiCaprio was spotted holding hands with the 20 year-old on the Champs Elysees in Paris while taking a break from filming The Blood Diamond in Africa. The pair also spent time together during the Christmas holidays. The actor separated from longtime girlfriend Gisele Bundchen in November. Israelis are hot this season! Kate Moss is said to be dating Israeli businessman Vivi Nevo.
