21 year-old Scarlett Johansson was named the “Sexiest Woman Alive” by Esquire Magazine. It is a refreshing choice.
Johansson is seen as the thinking man's sexpot. She comes across as genuine and intelligent using her intellect and talent to further her career rather than just relying on her stunning beauty.
Her recent film credits include The Black Dahlia, Lost in Translation and Match Point. She is also featured in an L'Oreal multimedia ad campaign and recently signed a deal to help design workout clothes for Reebok.
Although the critics seem to love Johansson her recent films have all been box office flops. She is currently in production on a period piece about King Henry VIII, in which she plays Mary Queen of Scots alongside Natalie Portman.

Luxury retailers Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior Couture are suing eBay in separate actions that add up to $50 million dollars over allegations that the online auction is promoting counterfeiting by allowing bogus goods to be sold on the site.
This is not the first such lawsuit. Tiffany has already successfully sued eBay in the past. eBay currently requires sellers to verify that their products are legitimate but with so many transactions it is impossible to enforce. Its current policy places the obligation on brand owners rather than the auction site itself.

LVMH has already successfully sued Google for similar allegations and was awarded 600,000 dollars.
