What ever happened to JLO, Chick by Nicky Hilton and Jessica Simpson? One thing is clear however, the market isn't what it once was. Rob Smith, executive vice president and general merchandise manager for Macy's East, said “overall, celebrity fashion lines have slowed down at retail.” One notable exception is L.A.M.B. by Gwen Stefan.

Stylist L'Wren Scott, otherwise known as Mick Jagger's girl friend, will be in charge of designing the wardrobes for the heist squeal Ocean's 13, the 3rd film about a gang of lovable crooks.
It will star George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Ellen Barkin. Julia Roberts and Catherine Zeta-Jones who were in earlier films of the series will not appear. In the past Scott dressed Nicole Kidman and Sarah Jessica Parker among others.

A new study published in Public Health Reports report that 95% of American's admit to having sex before marriage. The numbers for men and women were essentially the same.
At age twenty 75% of Americans have had premarital sex. By 44 it was 95%. The pattern has not changed since the early 1950's.
The data clearly shows that the majority of older teens and adults have already had sex before marriage, which calls into question the federal government's funding of abstinence-only-until-marriage programs for 12–29-year-olds.

Smells like money already. Supermodel Kate Moss has reportedly signed a deal with perfume maker Coty to put her name on a fragrance.
Coty currently markets scents for Sarah Jessica Parker, David and Victoria Beckham, and Gwen Stefan. It is thought that Moss will work with Coty to develop the fragrance which should be launched in the new year.

Fake Christmas trees, fake Santa Claus and now fake presents are becoming part of the annual Christmas cheer.
Estimates put counterfeits and knockoff at about $32 billion dollars of seasons spending mostly for jewelry, accessories and apparel.
In major urban areas it is especially prevalent as well as online. They have taken a big chunk out of season retail sales. Some people even travel to New York to buy fakes on the street and sneak them under the tree hoping their authenticity goes unnoticed.
