Police were called in to control the crowds attempting to get into Marc by Marc Jacobs' first ever London fashion show.
The New York based designer closed London Fashion Week.
The young and hip of the London Fashion scene including Sophia Coppola, Selma Blair, Peaches Geldoff and Colin MacDowell showed up.
The front rows were full of fashion editors from both sides of the Atlantic.
Jacobs, who had to fight the Paparazzi on his way in, suddenly reappeared through a back door a few moments later saying he left his cigarettes in his car.

In a bizarre and tragic twist, Eliana Ramos, the 18 year- old sister of model Luisel Ramos, who died six months ago of complications related to anorexia also succumbed to an eating disorder.
Like her sister she suffered a fatal heart attack.
Luisel’s death resulted in a ban of skinny models during Madrid Fashion Week last season and sparked the current debate concerning the health and age of runway models. Eliana, who collapsed at her grandmother’s home, was also a model.

Versaceand Lamborghini teamed up to create the ultimate fashion accessory. The result was the ultra fast Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster, a one of a kind sleek black sports car with a retractable roof and winged doors.
The supercar was auctioned off for over half a million dollars with the proceeds going to the Elton John's AIDS Foundation.
Sharon Stone opened the bidding. Donatella Versace and Elton John were present as was, Prince, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Eva Longoria, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Mischa Barton, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Cindy Crawford, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Drew Barrymore, Brooke Shields and Christina Ricci.

While the body of Anna Nicole Smith was lying on ice in a secret morgue somewhere in Florida she was becoming a very hot commodity in Hollywood. Producers are in a mad rush to get a biopic about the tragic life of the surgically enhanced Playmate into production.
At the moment Charlize Theron is the favourite to play Smith. The 31 year-old South African is said to be excited by the possibilities.
With all the layers of complexity and intrigue that surrounded Smith’s life and death the script no doubt will continue to unfold like a roller coaster ride even while the film is being shot and edited.

Naomi Campbell returned to the runway in spectacular fashion opening and closing for Julien Macdonald during London Fashion Week. It has been almost an entire year since she last walked in a major fashion show. Her only recent catwalk appearance was in Warsaw for emerging designers. The runway queen was believed to have spent some time in rehab. After the show Campbell had to make her exit through a rear door since she was afraid of a possible confrontation with PETA activists because of the abundance of fur in MacDonald’s show.
According to a recent report sales of celebrity scents have dropped off dramatically. Last year the sales of star fragrances declined by 17% while the number of new celebrity scents introduced during the same period increased by almost 1000%.
In 2006, Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker was the only celebrity fragrance that seemed to have much of an impacted. It was the only celebrity brand listed in the top 25 selling women's prestige fragrances. However designer fragrances by Vera Wang and Juicy Couture were considered hits.

Andy Warhol’s 15 minutes of fame seems to have outlasted his own demise by over 2 decades. February 22, 2007 marks the 20th anniversary of the death of white wigged genius at the age of 59. Warhol is considered to be the most influential artist of the 2nd half of the 20th century. Recently he has emerged as both a fashion icon and muse. The recent release of Factory Girl, based on the exciting times and tragic life of Edie Sedgwick starring Sienna Miller, has associated Warhol with the current sixties revival. The trim silhouettes and tight sparse clothing were very much part of Warhol’s personal style.
