Kate Moss made her much awaited appearance at Barney’s in New York to unveil her Topshop collection. Faux British Guardsman stood at the doors of the department store and the collection was featured in the display windows. Naomi Campbell came out to lend her support.
Moss managed to stop traffic as she crossed the street when she arrived in a see-through dress. Some shoppers were so excited to have an opportunity to be the first to buy the designs they ripped display clothes off of mannequins and marched straight to the cash registers.
The items went on sale for about half the price that they are going for in Britain which means that flying to London for the day to buy a handful of outfits may be cheaper than shopping in New York.
