If you are using an older version of Real Player, you should upgrade to the newest free player, HERE.

To check to see if you are using the latest version, enter the Help Menu in Real Player, then select about Real Player. This window will tell you which version of Real Player you have installed on your computer now. If your version is older than RealONE click the "Check for Upgrade" button. You will then connect to real.com and start updating your player.
