User Agreement - Revised June 30, 2006

fashionWATCH.com is an online fashion magazine available free of charge to anyone by visiting the URL fashionWATCH.com. The User agrees that by visiting fashionWATCH.com, or related sites owned and operated by fashionWATCH.com*, they consent to all the terms of this User Agreement.
If the User does not accept these terms they must refrain from using the sites immediately.

Our User Agreement may be updated from time to time without notice. If you are a frequent visitor to fashionWATCH.com and related sites, we recommend that you regularly review our User Agreement. The date of the current version of our User Agreement is stated at the top of the page.

If the User breaches any terms of this User Agreement it no longer has permission to use the sites and must exit them immediately. fashionWATCH.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available under the law for damages that result from violation of the User terms from any party.

The User agrees it is visiting the fashionWATCH.com, or related sites owned and operated by fashionWATCH.com, at its own risk. fashionWATCH.com shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur even if caused by negligence on its part. 

All content on fashionWATCH.com sites is copyrighted. It is available to our visitors for personal use only. It may be displayed on a computer screen or downloaded for personal use only. All copyrighted material including, but not limited to text, photos, video and artwork is either owned or licensed by fashionWATCH.com, or a third party if so indicated.  It may not be used, reproduced, transferred, captured or modified for any other purpose without the written permission of fashionWATCH.com

The User must assume that all links are unverified and undertake to link to a third party site at its own risk.  fashionWATCH.com will not be held liable for any damages that result from links to another site.

All User information collected by fashionWATCH.com and related sites is governed by our
Privacy Policy.

No person under the age of thirteen is granted permission to register with fashionWATCH.com  or provide us any personal information in any way. If such a person does so under false pretenses, fashionWATCH.com shall be held harmless and is relieved of all liability for any content delivered.
